I bring over 25 years’ experience across HR, career development and organisational consultancy, working with HR, L&D and senior leaders across the UK private, public, not-for-profit and purpose-led sectors.

As an FCIPD  and ICF certified -qualified Career Development & Progression Strategist, I understand the realities organisations face and how to embed leadership-owned career development that improves retention, progression and internal mobility.
I'm accredited in a range of psychometric tools including SHL and Strengthscope I am listed in the Diverse Coaches Directory helping to champion diversity in the workplace 

Alongside my professional expertise, I bring lived experience of career transition, which informs a pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach. As a speaker, consultant and career development coach, I work with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, career development strategy and internal talent progression, translating insight into practical action that supports retention, performance and long-term organisational success.
