I work with teams to run career coaching conversations workshops, the workshops are two fold. The workshops for managers provide them with the tools to have career conversations with their teams, whilst the team career conversation workshops help team members develop the tools needed to develop their careers within the organisation, thus aiding the retention of key staff

Why am I qualified to work with you?
I have over 25 years' experience in HR, 15 at senior level, director level in HR, organisational development and learning & development roles in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
I have a Master's in HR Management, and I'm a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
I hold ICF Certified Certificates in both Career and Executive Coaching, and have regular coaching supervision.
I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, adhering to their global code of ethics.
I'm accredited in a range of psychometric tools including SHL and Strengthscope , which are useful options to help understand more about your individual and in some cases, team strengths
